Self-Guided Tours
Pick a Ground Breaker home, reserve a time that actually works for you, and let yourself in. No agent, no appointment to sit through, no one two steps behind you.
How it works
You confirm who you are once, the first time. After that, booking a tour takes a few taps.
1Browse the homes currently open for self-touring and pick the one you want to see.
2Register once and confirm your identity, then choose a date and time. Evenings and weekends included.
3A private code arrives for your booking. It opens the front door at your start time and expires when your tour window ends.
What it’s actually like
Walk it slowly. Walk it twice. Open every cabinet, stand in the primary suite with the door shut, work out where your furniture goes. There is no one to perform for and no one waiting on you.
Bring whoever helps you think: a partner, a parent, your own agent. The home is unoccupied and the tour is entirely private.
If a question comes up while you’re standing there, text it. Kalen is one message away on 515.402.3169.

All three are in Middlebrook Agrihood, Cumming. Every one is a Ground Breaker plan, and every plan can be customised if you’d rather build your own.
A house tells you something different when there’s no one standing in the doorway waiting for your reaction.

Questions
These are real, unoccupied homes being opened to you without anyone there. Confirming who you are protects the home and everyone touring it. You can use a government photo ID or a credit or debit card. The card is never charged, and the details are not kept once you’re verified.
No. You do it once when you create your account, before your first tour. After that you just pick a home and a time.
No. The tour is private and self-guided. You’ll be given contact details for a sales manager if you have questions or want to talk about next steps.
Each tour is booked for either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the home. Your code unlocks the door at your scheduled start time and stops working when the window ends.
Yes. If several homes are open in the community you can book them within the same reservation, and you’ll get one code that opens each of them. Book them at different times or on different days and you’ll get a separate code for each.
Give it a moment and re-enter it; the keypad occasionally needs a second press to wake. If it still won’t open, call or text Kalen on 515.402.3169 and she’ll sort it out.
Yes. Pull the door shut behind you and make sure it’s latched before you leave.
Three homes are open for self-touring right now. Pick a time that suits you, or if you’d rather someone walked it with you, that’s easy too.
